Tortilla Espagnole Facile 

Ingrédients :

œufs

4 pommes de terre moyennes

1 oignon

Sel et poivre au goût

Huile d’olive

Instructions :

Épluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en fines rondelles. Émincez également l’oignon.

Dans une grande poêle, faites chauffer environ 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive à feu moyen.

Ajoutez les pommes de terre et l’oignon dans la poêle et faites-les cuire doucement jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres, en remuant occasionnellement. Cela prendra environ 15-20 minutes. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût.

Pendant ce temps, cassez les œufs dans un grand bol et battez-les légèrement.

Lorsque les pommes de terre et l’oignon sont cuits, égouttez-les pour enlever l’excès d’huile.

Ajoutez les pommes de terre et l’oignon aux œufs battus et mélangez bien.

Dans la même poêle, chauffez une autre cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive à feu moyen.

Versez le mélange de pommes de terre, d’oignon et d’œufs dans la poêle et étalez-le uniformément.

Laissez cuire la tortilla pendant environ 5-7 minutes d’un côté, puis retournez-la à l’aide d’une assiette ou d’un couvercle et laissez cuire l’autre côté pendant encore 5-7 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien dorée et ferme.

Une fois cuite, retirez la tortilla du feu et laissez-la reposer pendant quelques minutes avant de la couper en parts.
