Samoussas Épinards et Ricotta 

Ingrédients:

1. 🍃 200g d’épinards frais

2. 🧀 150g de ricotta

3. 🧅 1 oignon

4. 🧄 2 gousses d’ail

5. 🌶️ 1 pincée de piment rouge en flocons (facultatif)

6. 🥟 10 feuilles de pâte à samoussas (ou de brick)

7. 🧈 Beurre fondu

8. 🧂 Sel et poivre

9. 🍋 Jus de citron (facultatif, pour servir)

🍅 Sauce tomate ou sauce au yaourt (facultatif, pour servir)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Hacher finement l’oignon et l’ail.

2️⃣ Faire chauffer un peu d’huile d’olive dans une poêle et faire revenir l’oignon et l’ail jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés.

3️⃣ Ajouter les épinards dans la poêle et faire cuire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient ramollis. Assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre et une pincée de piment rouge en flocons si désiré. Laisser refroidir.

4️⃣ Dans un bol, mélanger les épinards refroidis avec la ricotta. Assaisonner avec un peu plus de sel et de poivre si nécessaire.

5️⃣ Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

6️⃣ Couper chaque feuille de pâte à samoussas en deux.

7️⃣ Placer une cuillère à soupe de mélange d’épinards et de ricotta sur chaque moitié de feuille de pâte.

8️⃣ Replier la pâte en triangle pour former les samoussas. Bien sceller les bords avec du beurre fondu.

9️⃣ Badigeonner généreusement les samoussas avec du beurre fondu.

🔟 Placer les samoussas sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfurisé et les enfourner pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et croustillants.
