Recette de Madeleines

Ingrédients :

– 3 œufs

– 150g de sucre en poudre

– 150g de farine

– 1/2 sachet de levure chimique

– 150g de beurre

– Zeste râpé d’un citron (facultatif)

– Beurre et farine pour les moules à madeleines

Instructions :

1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6) et beurrez et farinez légèrement les moules à madeleines.

2. Dans un saladier, fouettez les œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse et devienne mousseux.

3. Ajoutez la farine et la levure chimique tamisées dans le mélange œufs-sucre, puis mélangez délicatement jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène.

4. Faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole à feu doux jusqu’à ce qu’il prenne une couleur noisette (attention à ne pas le brûler), puis laissez-le refroidir légèrement.

5. Incorporez le beurre fondu tiède dans la pâte à madeleines, en veillant à bien l’incorporer.

6. Si vous le souhaitez, ajoutez le zeste râpé d’un citron dans la pâte pour parfumer vos madeleines.

7. Remplissez les empreintes des moules à madeleines aux 3/4 avec la pâte préparée.

8. Enfournez les madeleines dans le four préchauffé et laissez-les cuire pendant environ 10 à 12 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées sur les bords et légèrement bombées au centre.

9. Une fois cuites, sortez les madeleines du four et laissez-les refroidir légèrement dans les moules avant de les démouler et de les transférer sur une grille pour les laisser refroidir complètement.

10. Dégustez les madeleines tièdes ou à température ambiante, accompagnées d’une tasse de thé ou de café.
