Quiche Mexicaine

Ingrédients :

1. 1 pâte brisée (prête à l’emploi ou faite maison) 

2. 200 g de viande hachée 

3. 1 poivron rouge 

4. 1 oignon 

5. 1 boîte de maïs en conserve égoutté 

6. 100 g de fromage râpé (cheddar, emmental, etc.) 

7. 4 œufs 

8. 200 ml de crème fraîche liquide 

9. 1 cuillère à café de cumin en poudre

10. 1 cuillère à café de paprika

11. Sel et poivre au goût 

12. Huile d’olive pour la cuisson

Instructions :

1.  Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Étalez la pâte brisée dans un moule à tarte et piquez le fond avec une fourchette. Réservez.

2. Dans une poêle, faites chauffer un peu d’huile d’olive. Faites revenir l’oignon émincé et le poivron coupé en dés jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.

3. Ajoutez la viande hachée dans la poêle et faites-la cuire jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien dorée. Assaisonnez avec le cumin, le paprika, le sel et le poivre.

4. Étalez le mélange de viande et de légumes sur le fond de tarte.

5. Répartissez le maïs égoutté sur le dessus.

6. Dans un bol, fouettez les œufs avec la crème fraîche liquide. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.

7. Versez ce mélange sur la garniture dans le moule à tarte.

8. Saupoudrez généreusement de fromage râpé sur le dessus.

9. Enfournez pendant environ 30 à 35 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que la quiche soit dorée et prise.

10. Laissez refroidir légèrement avant de servir.
