Paella Andalouse

Ingrédients :

– 300g de riz à paella 🍚

– 200g de poulet coupé en morceaux 🍗

– 200g de crevettes décortiquées 🍤

– 100g de chorizo coupé en rondelles 🥩

– 1 oignon émincé 🧅

– 2 gousses d’ail émincées 🧄

– 1 poivron rouge coupé en lamelles 🌶️

– 1 poivron vert coupé en lamelles 🫑

– 1 tomate pelée et concassée 🍅

– 1 litre de bouillon de volaille 🍗

– 1 dose de safran 💛

– 1 cuillère à café de paprika 🌶️

– Sel et poivre au goût 🧂

– Huile d’olive 🫒

– Citron en quartiers pour servir 🍋

Instructions:

1️⃣ Dans une grande poêle à paella ou une poêle large, faites chauffer un peu d’huile d’olive à feu moyen.

2️⃣ Faites revenir l’oignon et l’ail jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient translucides.

3️⃣ Ajoutez le poulet et faites-le dorer de tous les côtés.

4️⃣ Ajoutez le chorizo et les poivrons dans la poêle et faites-les sauter pendant quelques minutes.

5️⃣ Incorporer le riz à la poêle et mélangez bien pour qu’il soit enrobé d’huile et d’arômes.

6️⃣ Versez le bouillon de volaille chaud dans la poêle, puis ajoutez les tomates concassées, le safran et le paprika. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.

7️⃣ Laissez mijoter à feu moyen pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu’à ce que le riz absorbe presque tout le liquide et devienne tendre.

8️⃣ Disposez les crevettes sur le dessus du riz et laissez cuire quelques minutes de plus jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient roses et cuites.

9️⃣ Servez la paella bien chaude avec des quartiers de citron pour arroser.
