Biscuits Sablés à la noix de coco

Ingrédients :

– 200g de farine

– 100g de beurre mou

– 100g de sucre en poudre

– 50g de noix de coco râpée

– 1 œuf

– 1 pincée de sel

Instructions :

1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6) et préparez une plaque de cuisson en la tapissant de papier sulfurisé.

2. Dans un saladier, mélangez le beurre mou et le sucre jusqu’à obtenir une texture crémeuse.

3. Ajoutez l’œuf et mélangez jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit homogène.

4. Incorporez la farine, la noix de coco râpée et la pincée de sel, et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène et légèrement collante.

5. Formez une boule avec la pâte et enveloppez-la dans un film plastique. Réfrigérez la pâte pendant environ 30 minutes.

6. Une fois la pâte refroidie, étalez-la sur un plan de travail fariné sur une épaisseur d’environ 0,5 cm.

7. À l’aide d’emporte-pièces, découpez des biscuits dans la pâte et déposez-les sur la plaque de cuisson préparée.

8. Enfournez les biscuits dans le four préchauffé et laissez-les cuire pendant environ 12 à 15 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient légèrement dorés sur les bords.

9. Une fois cuits, sortez les biscuits du four et laissez-les refroidir complètement sur une grille avant de les déguster.

10. Conservez les biscuits dans une boîte hermétique pour qu’ils restent croustillants.
